Mirusia likes songs that can have multiple meanings and are recognizable to everyone. The title song of the new album 'Songbird' is written by Christine McVie (Fleetwood Mac) and does not refer to anyone in particular, but is universal. It describes the constant unchanging nature of love and how nothing can change that. A love so great that when it is over there will be no crying and only joy in the memories.

Mirusia likes this thought and when she sings this song she often thinks about her audience. Every audience is different, a culmination of different people and different backgrounds, creating a different atmosphere every time. No two performances or audience are the same, but for the time we are together (and although we break up at the end of the performance), we have created memories that will be with us forever. Mirusia herself says about her new album Songbird: “This album is a reflection of my career and life so far. Everyone has a soundtrack about his or her own life".
